Cargo consolidation (LCL)
Optimize your logistics — consolidate shipments, reduce costs
StarLogic offers businesses a full range of cargo consolidation services in China, Europe, and the USA. We collect shipments from different suppliers, consolidate them at a warehouse, and send them as one combined shipment along a single route. This helps reduce delivery costs, speed up logistics, and provide full control over the process.
Cargo consolidation
Consolidation is the process of combining several batches of goods at one warehouse for further joint transportation. This approach is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses purchasing products from different suppliers. We provide delivery both by sea and by rail, which allows choosing the optimal option in terms of time and budget.
- We receive shipments at our consolidation warehouse
- We check the quality, quantity, and labeling
- We combine the batches into a consolidated shipment
- We pack, insure, and prepare the documents
- We ship via the optimal route — by road, air, sea, or rail
- We monitor every stage until arrival in Ukraine

Frequently Asked Questions
What documents are required for clearance?
Required documents for customs clearance of cargo:
invoice, packing list, contract, transport document (CMR/bill of lading/air waybill), HS code (UKTZED), quality certificates (if required).
Our logistics company will assist in preparing all documents for fast import clearance, including freight shipments from China.
How long does customs clearance take?
With a complete set of documents — usually 1–3 days.
If there are errors or missing documents — delays of several days are possible.
Can import be cleared without a broker?
Theoretically — yes, but in practice it significantly slows down the process and increases risks.
A broker helps avoid mistakes, saves you time and money.
When is an import license required?
For goods subject to licensing (for example, medical equipment, chemical products), a separate license from the Ministry of Economy is required, issued through the “single window” system.
